It is really a shame to see all these money manager account blowers. Doesn't traders know that taking a loss is a part of any successful system.

We have seen many traders do quite well to only blow their account on a few trades that they refuse to manage.

Few trades- Well not in this case... averaging in.. 46 positions.. pyramiding the wrong way.

well due to the miracle of instaforex and their 1000:1 leverage account with stopout at what 10-20% of margin call ... this system might even survive lol

anyways this will just prolong somebody's suffering that invested in this ... lol

Yes, pyramiding the wrong way.
I am thinking and trying to pyramid in right way. That's not easy and require right timing but I think it is the way to spectacular results. entered, closed half position moved to break even, another level broken enter with half of previous position using unrealized PL as security. sounds easy but it is hard to do really. it is much easier to add to losing position and average into it.
The only thing I do not understand why these guys keep doing it after so much time in trading. everyone goes through this stage including yours truly :) But why to keep it up time after time.
Probabilistically it is not a question if but when that account will be destroyed with this kind of money management.

some of the so called money managers they use 1:500 leverage and they dont even clearly know how much lots to open withlevrage and deposits .I gave my account to 1 guy with 4500 Dollars FXDD real account he has traded 10 days ok .After that he has opened 60 trades pyramids .Obviously all are traped in against trend in EUR fall .U KNOW one fine day what message i have got from him . only 400 dollars left 3500 drawdown .He asked me take over my account my self and he had lot of otherworks to do .I will post my account statment if u want guys .He is still around with different names in this forum.

I don't think all Money Managers are the same.

I can prove it to you. You just need to open another live account with 500usd, and I will prove it to you in 1 month.

But after I can prove to you that I can make good profits for you, you have to introduce at least 5 clients to me in 2 months. If you can not do it, then, I will stop trading on your account. Each of 5 clients have to open minimum amount of 1k usd.

I love this. James, how do you know you won't have a bad month? I think no really good fund manager can give any such promises to clients. I think that good trader/ fund manager could only promise that nothing like what happened to kishorejoga's account would happen.

That's another possibility :) Speki, I hope you mean just trading what's left from that account profitably not bringing it back to $4500 as it might take life time with proper risk control and money management.

A bad week can happen once in a while, but a bad month will not happen. If a person can claim himself / herself as Fund Manager should be able to recover all past losses in past weeks. If he / she let the clients' account to lose in a streak of whole month, the account has probably gone / burnt.

I don't claim myself as expert trader who will not make any losses, but I dare say that my clients account will be safe and avoid big losses that can blow up the account. There always be room to recover the past losses. If a fund manager can not know how to control risks of their clients' accounts, then, better do not trade or handle clients' accounts.

Also, I do not need a new client to open a big account of few thousand usd, but just 500 usd as a starting, and when after a month or 2 months, if the client can see the account grows, and feel more confident, then, they can make decision to invest more to earn more profits every month.

This is my philosophy. Just this week, a new client came to me and automatically open a live account of 1k Pound (instead of USD), and in just 3 days, the account made around 33 Pound net profits. He was so happy because in less than 1 month, his account of 1k pound has been burnt by a bad Money Manager, too before he came to me via my other client's introduction.

Remember that because of some important news, especially about FED's speech/Bernanke's speech, I decided to reduce trading to be quite safe for my client's account. There is much money in this forex, why need to rush to get money during dangerous time when only the Market Makers / Sharks are swimming to find the preys?

Believe me or not, it's up to you. But if only 500 usd to invest and to see if I can perform as what I told you or not, I think it's a chance. My profit sharing % is 30%, and will be paid at the end of each calendar month. If no gain in your account, I have nothing, and also, I lost some investment at my end such as: renting good VPS, setting up my own EAs, etc. Do you think I am so stupid to do something for nothing in return? 500 usd is just to prove to clients that I can help them to make money, and after 1 or 2 months, the clients will be the ones who request me to let them invest more money in order to make more profits. So, greed is coming from my clients' sides, not my side.

Losing month can easily happen depending upon market conditions. You can never say never about it. But having losing month I see nothing horrible about it unless of course trader makes it so as life and death situation.
If you have bad month and lost say 2-5% I do not see anything horrible or blown here.
