I see you guys took 2 trades over the past 2 days and the trades were not replicated on my account.
Is this a new service? Have you turned off the signals on the existing service?

Yes it looks different. Now the old sPhantom has a trade open currently and this version - Ultimate - does not have the same trade.

another stop out incoming (if they didn't change their way to handle DDs)

Hey Guys, good news!
I got the following email reply upon my request for the new version;
I did a MT4 restart yesterday evening and have the two same trades as the Ultimate account (http://www.myfxbook.com/community/trading-systems/sphantom-auto-trader-ultimate/)

Currently there is no update for client side of the EA. We have updated server side EA so there is no need to change anything for you.

at sPhantom,
can you update your software, so that will be install your EA in metatrader higher than build 600.
The Installationfolder has changed, so it is not possible to install your ea with your install-programm.

It went down to the low of 1.26962 a while ago. If it hasn't been stopped out, it must be in deep DD now. Worse, this account is barely one week old..

I have purchased 2 copies of EAs totaling ~600 USD form them. The first EA was purchased on Dec 30 2013 and the second one on Mar 3, 2014. The EAs used to work fine with me. However, recently both the EAs are showing "Wrong account number!" error in my MT4. I cross checked everything to find that the account number on the control panel of their website is correct. I have send them more than one request to fix this problem (dated Jan 05 2015 and Jan 09 2015). Other than the auto answer from the server I did not received even a single reply from their end yet. I still see the same "Wrong account number!" error. Hello sPhantom - Are you guys still in business?
