It takes a goliath amount of discipline, very few retail traders get a handle on it...
To understand orderflow... Money-managment and market behavour takes experiance and a certain type of character..
Victor you are in the "zone"...I take my hat to you my friend you make it look EASY... You are a trader who is in the upper
echelons of equity return, even amongst the professionals.

sometimes I use 35/65 on NZDUSD and AUDUSD. It`s better to use 30/70 for all pairs.

Victor took losses on trades from 2/26 to 3/9/10 (held for 10 days) of -12%, -9.75%, -7%, and -5.5%. These were individual trades. Four trades totaling losses in excess of 33% of the account. Obviously, other positions were "on" to hedge or offset the losses at this time. Still, huge risk is taken. Don't be fooled.
Also suspect is that no trading was done for a six month period between Mar 24, 2010 and Aug 17, 2010.
It is possible that performance datasets are manipulated with "unknown" brokers, it has been done before.
This six month period could have been a period of poor performance "deleted" from consideration.
In summary, the drawdown figure is deceptive because of myfxbook.com calculations. There are less than 500 trades and he has the potential to hold losers for large losses.
I put up +100% gain in less than 500 trades in three months recently, and proceeded to lose it all.
Like Victor, I used no hard stop-losses on each trade and held losing trades looking for recovery.
Always examine largest losses, largest trade durations, deposits/withdrawals and make sensible, rational judgements.
Do NOT be fooled by a pretty equity curve and supposed low drawdown.

You may well be correct in your surmise of Victor's Account....
Myself I will never deal with Victor Financially I am just "LOOKING" and taking Victor's account on face value,
Victors results if correct are very impressive.. If they are incorrect then the weak will be pulled in and taken advantage of.....
I hope that anyone who deals With Victor financially would Obviously have the common sense to thoroughly check him out !
As for me it is just a set of results and thats it..and until otherwise proved i congratulate Victor on his trading..

Regarding the couple of months "hole" in the history: Victor was (is?) trading with Oanda but he uploaded another account when that Oanda history update change took place end of January.
I happen to have a saved PDF copy of his old, Oanda history on another computer and I remember the hole was there too, I even discussed it with the staff and they confirmed that they had the hole in the input data. Which means there was no trading activity recorded for that period.
I don't have access to my old backups now so I can't show you his Oanda history PDF but I'm 99 % sure I seen the hole in there too - maybe he was on a hiatus or couple months vacation or something.
Regarding his trading - don't forget that he spent almost a decade in this business. Maybe he knows something we don't. Maybe he has access to information we don't. The price chart is not everything ...
I took the time to delve into his history, pull up the charts, find the entries and exits and sure it conflicted with some of my beliefs and principles. But hey, fact is: he's in the black, making good %%%s, not busted by big killer moves - so I came to the conclusion that I better rethink my so-called principles. I realised I better forget I got any.

We have the opportunity to trade on very large accounts. And of course we have no right to use on these accounts leverage more than 1:5. Of course the risk is there is very different.
That account that you are watching in the group of aggressive trading.
So, do not be fooled in your mind by a pretty equity curve of other traders :) Find your way and make your equity growth.

Exactly. I wonder why to search what Victor is doing there if you are not investor. As a trader it's better to learn to do own things.
However, i find it interesting to check the use of stochastic as a signal when to close running trade along with s/r levels.
It looks very reasonable.

Hi Victor,
i am curious if you are still considering managing some of the small accounts on this forum and when that may occur, as i am interested. Also given your comment above and your evolving trading methods, what is your estimate as to your expected drawdown and equity curve drops and profit return in the next 2 year period for small managed accounts.

I see that Victor withdrawal his deposit. I spent two months following the transaction and earned pretty well.
Victor, are you going to continue trading?
Also I have not received a response regarding asset management. Will you work with small investors?

And btw, you don't need to proof anything to those who are not believe in your trades.

Withdrawal was due to closing account. We had conflict with my team and some clients last weekend. They do not want me to share all history and real-time open trading. So I called for withdrawals on monday.
I wrote you email of my management team. I do not know main details why they do not reply.

I do not see any negative words about my trading. Maybe they are right, you must be carefull before believing. I wont do what they want from me in case I am not looking for investors and I do not need any thing else from this site. I use myfxbook to analyze tadings. Once I made it public a year ago and just forget about it. I see that many people get interested in it and I shared my strategy and tradings. What comments or broker gives you? I think nothing :) Any way Speki wrote about broker on previous page.
I have agreement with team so I need to move all my tradings back to private. New things like opening new PAMM for small investors was not bring any positive notes to our work. That`s why I moving back to trading.
