When you first posted this, what made you think it was a pullback in a larger uptrend and not a downtrend. Couldn't you argue that price made a lower low at 1.2840 and then a lower high at 1.3040 and then would come all the way back down?

I had some arguments, first, there was a monthly support in 1.2840. Second, the price fell during 3 weeks in a uptrend in that timeframe, being above weekly MA21. Thirst and the most important, In 4 hours the price was having a bear divergence between MACD and Price. Then, I had arguments for expecting price climb until 1.3050 resistance and after rest above 1.2920 support.

Anyway, price can do what it want, but i had strong arguments for thinking it was more likely the price go up than go down. For that, I bought in 1.2914 and after in 1.2970 into pull back

USDCAD in 4 hours chart, the price is doing what i hoped 2 days ago. Now, the price can valide our scenario if the price goes up beyond 1.3070 resistance.
