Finland Consumer Confidence
The Statistics of Finland poll represents consumer's opinions and intentions of consumers on economic concerns. Data from Statistics Finland's survey is consisting of respondent-specific original data from phone interviews that cannot be shared, as well as published data on response distributions and time series. Consumer confidence is generally high when the unemployment rate is low and the GDP is growing rapidly. Indicators of average consumer confidence can be valuable in predicting how much money customers are likely to spend in a given period.

Eurozone Inflation Rises Slightly To 2.1%
Eurozone inflation rose marginally in August but the rate remained near to the European Central Bank's 2 percent target, official data revealed on Tuesday. The harmonized index of consumer prices rose 2.1 percent year-on-year in August, slightly faster than the 2.0 percent increase in July, flash data from Eurostat showed.
