Yep 1:500 on cTrader Pro and 1:2000 max on MT4.but none needs that anyway unless you scalping half pips or whatever.

KYI / KYC is a serious thing, the broker could run into legal issues with regulators if KYC isn't done properly.and like you said they gave you 3 chances to do so, plus you can do this via chat and email as well if the website may have some issue.customer service is exceptionally helpful actuall...
