European Economics News Preview: Eurozone Economic Sentiment Data Due

(RTTNews) - Economic sentiment from the euro area and mortgage approvals from the UK are due on Monday, headlining a light day for the European economic news.
At 3.00 am ET, Spain's statistical office INE is scheduled to issue inflation and retail sales data. Consumer price inflation is forecast to rise to 3.1 percent in September from 2.7 percent in August.
At 4.00 am ET, Italy's foreign trade figures are due.
At 4.30 am ET, the Bank of England publishes mortgage approvals for August. The number of mortgages approved is forecast to fall to 65,000 in August from 65,350 in the previous month.
At 5.00 am ET, the European Commission is set to issue euro area economic sentiment survey data. The economic sentiment index is forecast to remain unchanged at 95.2 in September.
