Well, we do not say that brokers are better, they have just different quotes and they had a spike that allowed the order to be closed by breakeven. And we have a usual demo-ecn account with Tallinex.

This is a demo performance at this broker. We have different results and with some other accounts we didn't have it. It works with price channel and thus it is broker-sensitive. It is normal, it may happen.

Hello, we always offer tech support before refunding. Almost 40% of users who have any kinds of problems with robots, can't install it properly - they may trade at H1, or some exotic pair or ignore GMT offset and have awful results. So, we always offer our help. If it is not needed, we process with a refund. Don't sound like we do not honour refund policy, your refund has been made, I am sure, as we refund ALL requests.

Seriously? We are surprised, as at FinFx and at real accounts that were mentioned above it was closed with 30 pips loss. Check logs - were there any errors? In our case we had errors, well, it is a really bad luck as at our Alpari we have errors and other FinFx - it was closed normally. And as about Roboforex - account is not ours, it is a 3rd party testing.Please contact us at email - we have an idea.

Today's trade should have been closed with a loss of 30 pips as it happened at other accounts. Our PC with this Alpari terminal had internet failure (yes, it is a bad luck for us) and trailing wasn't able to move SL so the order was closed by fixed SL.

Updated info: Robot may place orders from 21.00 GMT to 01.00 GMT, it is normal.

SL is still 100 pips that is open in Inputs, and risk system is explained in the manual with examples of Lot depending on deposit and leverage, so now traders will have a clue. And, we can't promise anything, apart from working on auto gmt, we also are searching for the way to reduce DD.
