No Pressure tradingNo revenge TradingTake smaller loses when when needed and don't ever allow to balloon.Make profits and decide the profits by 5 , risk 1/5 of it for next trading.Be patient always to get a breakout/trends,( this is my favourite, as it allows me make good profits.Calculate your winnings by weekly or monthly, I like doing mine weekly ( you can have a losing day in the week, but weekly you still come out profitable.Plan you trades and stick to your plans.Don't over trade.Above are parts of my successfull and winning strategies week in, week out.

Hey fellas, If you are a Fund manager like me, please always make sure that each of your clients brokers are regulated, so you won't end up making profits for long and broker won't allow your client to withdraw.I just learnt that in a very sad way, I did not verify broker and wasted months it is.Good luck.

Back in 2007 before I got my trading license, I was put to text and pressure for a year to beat criteria, With the top account must never get to 15 percent maximum drawdown within that year.That really helped, because it made me developed stone heart trading, meaning no emotions and only enter for the right time. I'm glad for that moment till date Traders blow account simply because of greeds and impatient. Overcome that and see how you make profits week in week out without losing any week.
