Android app Microsoft Remote Desktop creates a huge mess on my VPS

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone experienced the same problems I have with that app? It seems not to properly close connections, when exiting the app, so eventually I got all channels open, and can't connect anymore, so I have to contact support that they do close the connections manually. When that happens, I have someone 2 or more instances running of the same EA, don't need to tell what a mess that creates. Does anyone experience similar problems, and found a solution, to exit correctly the app?

For your example put it on harddrive D:, you have to make it portable, just start your platform via shortcut and add "/portable". I hope the OP doesn't pull the stunt to run BT on a VPS. I just got the cheapforexvps basic plan, which should be for 5 platforms max. After made my "tuning" I did run 7 platforms with ~35charts running EA's without any problems.

Yes agree, that's what I did with my platforms, I reduced them to the min, as there's anyway no indicators what will use more than 2500 bars. I disabled all the other crap like emails from the broker and alerts. And it did improve significantly. Furthermore I use only standard MT4 platforms from Metaquotes, and made them portable, however I dunno if that last step had a big effect in performance.

I would prefer the credit card, as it gives me FF-miles on top, but there are few brokers who offer that without charge. IC charges somewhat around 3%, is a bit stiff for a 5K deposit 😁

It seems the cheapest way is to make a wire transfer. They had a bank contact in my home country, I wired 5000 without fees. For withdrawals it seems to be a fee of 20 AU$, but didn't try that up to now.

I did not yet look into the logfile with EM. On the other side, I put my EA on SEKJPY, with IC, as it showed a pretty low spread (15 points, I consider that low for this rather unusual pair), guess what, the EA did not open one trade, when I looked into the log, I just got re-quotes on that pair.They transferred the 68EU to my account, so I'm up +200 now, at least I'll escape this adventure with a small profit. 😇

So my account got funded today, and I put the EA live on 6 pairs, it took a few hours, and oooohhhh wonder, stucked @200 Trades.Hereafter the conservation I just had with the live chat. I'm just wondering if some brokers do block as well certain functions, I got all my accounts verified but not with AlpariUK, I did exactly the same l did with the other accounts ?? But it's updating fine...

I would say no limit at all, I had today up to 1300 open orders, on another broker, finally I found out I was logged in twice into my VPS 😁, all went well so far.....

I contacted the support a couple of days back, prior to open an account, they confirmed there will be no limitation on open trades. Here a statement from there FAQ section."Is there a limit to the number of open positions that I can have open at any one time?No, you can have open as many positions as you like at the same time."Should there be a limitation, I'm as quickly off, than I joined them.As soon the funds are on the account I let you know.

Just checked mine 6 Accounts running fine now, but I had issues as well. Check if u Login and Password is still in the EA, they sometimes disapear.
