Guys, we will definitely add real account contests if enough are interested - you know you always get your way 😄.Obviously, no one will object to trade a demo account for a chance to win real money, so that's what we're starting with.Syed, referring to your comment "Contest on demo accounts encourages reckless trading" - we do not completely agree with it; the contest will run over the course of 30 days, 1 account per user; with reckless trading a trader is more likely to wipe out his account before the end of the 30 day period, than to be at the top.

sdsarmad, absolute gain is a simple (profit/deposits)*100.Cumulative gain on the other hand accumulates over your account's history. If you had one deposit only, the cumulative and the absolute gains would be the same. If you had multiple deposits, then for each deposit term, you need to calculate a yield (same formula as above) and sum it up.Example:1. Deposit $1000, profit $500, gain is 50%, balance is now $1500.2. Deposit another $2000, profit $500, yield is (500/3500)*100 = 14.2%.Cumulative yield is 50+14.2 = 64.2% and absolute yield is 1000/3000=33.3%.Let us know if it's still unc...

Ftp server is ftp.myfxbook.com:21Password is the same password you use to log in to Myfxbook.The FTP login can be found in the settings area - let us know if you can't find it.

hartnet, it appears that your account stopped sending data to our servers, hence why your account stopped updating.Usually, clicking on the "test" button in the publisher settings windows or restarting MetaTrader solves it.If it doesn't, please check the publisher settings.Thanks.

Mark, the daily % is indeed calculated from the first transaction discovered in your account, ignoring the type. Since the first transaction is always a deposit, it is the date used to determine the first trade date.compuforexpamm, when a custom start date is set, it acts immediately as the starting point for the daily/monthly yields - if you've encountered a different behavior, please contact us privately.
