I'm guessing all the PAMM accounts with default max drawdown of 40% have been stopped out. Certainly looks like it from my balance.

Has anybody else noticed an issue with performance fees this month? My deductions are almost 41% of closed trade profit😲I'll raise a ticket with PriorFX now but just wondering if anyone else is seeing anomalies. I'm just starting to look back and it appears that every months the amount is highly volatile - certainly not 20%.

Yes, I had the same. I sent screenshots from my bank showing the transaction used to fund my HF account clearly made from the same account that I had asked for wire transfer withdrawal to. This was inadequate. They asked for statements. I then obtained a statement showing the same transaction. They then asked for source. I told them this was the source and clearly showed the the funds going to HF. They then asked for proof of how I got the money in my bank account that was used to make the transfer to HF. I'm in the UK and purchased both Vortex Trader Pro and Channel Trader Pro. Use them both with spread betting accounts and more than happy with results.

It's not a scam. Over the 3 months I've ran VTP it's made a profit each month and paid for itself in a very short time.My trade this morning was placed with Hotforex and opened at 1.11707 and closed 1.11654. Trades wont purely sit and wait to hit TP/SL but are closed if there is a sudden reversal.

You and me both Mihaaaa, especially given some of the madness of the recent gbpusd buys. We've been more than lucky with the recent gbpusd trades but i'm not convinced our luck will hold for the 2 trades open at the moment!

With all the talk of brokers, are there any fellow UK people here using VTP with a spread betting account? If so, who are you using and how to you rate them?I'm currently using ETX and find the spreads pretty poor so want to look elsewhere but it seems all spread bet providers I've found have rubbish spreads.Thanks all

Very concerning as this move of VPS still doesn't explain why customers had the trade close in loss whilst it stayed open until break even in Doug's account.For customers to receive, and act upon, a close signal there must have been a master trade closed. As the same trade we see in myfxbook was definitely not closed until break even that suggests to me that what we see here isn't really the source account for the VTP trades we receive our copies from.

If you're not getting trades you need to look in the ea logs. Theres always a fairly simple explanation......lack of margin, spread etc.

After purchase you get access to VTP trades via a copier. If you want the actual EA then email Doug and you will get it - you have either option.Personally I felt the same about the copier initially - perhaps even going as far to say I felt cheated. HOWEVER, after a couple of weeks and the cost has been recovered you see things a little differently. VTP is great. It works and using the copier you get exactly the same as you see here at myfxbook. Subsequently I also think the copier solution gives you more as you take advantage of the work Doug does ie perhaps suspending trades during times of ...

Any comment from Doug regarding zero trades the last week? Has the ea been disabled in his master?Given the news and volatility this week I think its positive if trading was disabled and welcome it as something extra we get with him managing the copier as opposed to the ea potentially blindly making losing trades. Ok, we could win big too but im only online sporadically this week so welcome the extra management.

Ortwin,This is very poor that your EA has not been working since yesterday at 0400. There are 27 open trades - all buy and all in loss are the marking is going the opposite way. Equity is currently 25% down since the signals stopped.What is the issue? What are you doing to rectify the situation? Do you not think you should be communicating this and perhaps advising people? Do we close all the open trades to prevent further loss? Will you be re-imbursing people for losses incurred whilst your EA, that we have paid subscription for, is unavailable?Awaiting your answers....
