All that time you thought you were trading a live account when in fact you were trading a demo account.Look at the account properly. It is live account and verified. Something you cannot do.

The growth chart at end is wrong as it account was stopped and moved due to some problems with mt4 platform.Hedge funds made only around 3% first quarter. It is not too bad and it is real trading.Account made 25% gain. This strategy makes around on average 60% net per year since 2003. Clearly the returns would have been a little less from when account started. But hey, it is real trading.I have seen brokers complement the trader because a lot of traders do not even last 1month let...

True, but you dont understand what WLK trying to also say. When you are dealing with big money, you will get cleared through ECN prices as no broker is able to become a counterparty/hedge and put on books. Too big size for brokers. The decimal should be an extra 0 too.

I dont know about you but you must be thinking small time and lack professional trader thinking. Look, the way my fund manager always creates strategies is to create something that will work on 1:50 leverage so there will not be any problems for him to trade 100,000 usd balance up to 10 Million balance. When he trades a lot more, then he normally asks for 1:10 leverage. He would reduce the risk and returns will probably be a third of what he normally makes. It is good as for big investors it reduces volatility and their money is safe.

Very true.Like my trader makes around 60%-80% net average per year with max DD around 15%. He risks 2.5% per position with adjusted stops. Now whether it is 10k balance or 1m balance, the % of risk remains the same. Just the amount of money lost seems like a lot but it is just numbers. He does not care about the money as for him it is just numbers. He has seen wealth and does not care. A person who has never seen 500k sitting in his bank account is surely going to be shitting it.

Yes. This is a fact. I make a mistake also when I pay my coder full amount. When he receives full amount, he sits on his arse and makes my code after 2 weeks. It is annoying. I try to be good and pay on time. He be's good to me and does it after 2weeks too late. LOL.I had one coder who took my money and spent nearly 1yr. lol. He said he was busy lol.

EURUSD and GBPUSD are closely correlated and have examined them for a while now. But let me tell you, it is not worth it just like most of the strategies. You will make good money for some time and then the gravy train will stop with one bad week or month. I have seen how I created a strategy when you hedge against both pairs and then there is a time during news when they are not correlating anymore and will go the other way with lots of pip difference. Not worth my time as I rather build successful simple strategies with my trader.
Where are all the good Programmer gone?

They have all run off because they know there is no money to be made. And the ones that have a strategy that works is mostly down to manually trading and will not share their success.

Right on! People may think that PT49 is a bit aggressive. But I feel what he is going through as I am feeling the same anger with most people. A lot of them come here asking for investment and they can only show demo accounts with 1week to 4mnths history. But it is demo account. Not real live trading as that is a different subject.And then there are people that show live trading with only 1week to 1month or two. You need to come back with 8-12months history to really understand what you are going to return.Too many times people make profit for 2months or so and then account is busted. I dont g...
