Euro / dollar continued its upward movement yesterday with a peak of 1.1162, and earlier today hit 1.1171. Expectations remain up for testing at 1.1185 in short terms. A clear break above this level may cause a test of 1.1300 - 1.1350. Intraday support is visible at 1.1120. A clear break below this level could take the price to a neutral zone, but only a clear break back below 1.1020 should break the current strong upward spikes. I'm staying in the bulls camp for now.

Initial sales on Thursday clearly showed a negative attitude on the part of market participants regarding the GBPUSD currency pair. This, however, was followed by a sharp and rapid change in sentiment, which triggered the price over the 13-year moving average.The bounce was strong, although the "cable" managed to correct only half of the downward movement from the previous day. The upward momentum remains up to date, indicating that the price has the potential to realize another ascending impulse.

Pound/dollar made a moderate upward momentum yesterday, forming a peak at 1.2845. Expectations are bullish for testing 1.2900. A clear breakthrough and daily closure over this area can clear the road ahead of the bulls up to 1.3000 - 1.3050 and give further confirmation of the bullish scenario on the double bottom. Support for the day is 1.2800. A clear break below it could take the price to a neutral trading area, but only a clear break below 1.2750 would have to stop the upside-down scenario on the double bottom.

Any convincing move below 1.0850 should support this scenario. On the other hand, a clear break and daily closing over 1.1000 - 1.1050 could become an early sign of a new upward trend, which means we will not see 1.0730 in the next few weeks or months.
