I stopped the robot after a week of work.the robot is worth nothing!it's just a toy!I have sent many emails to the seller for reimbursement as described in the conditions of sale.Unfortunately, the seller is a crook!He never answers emails, and does not respond to the support of its website.This is not an honest behavior.He just tries to sell the robot knowing that the robot is not working.this is a real scam !!!

here we must follow the rules in this world of madmen.here no one respects the rules !!if when I purchase a robot and conditions of sale is possible to apply for a refund, the seller must abide by the rules and do the refund.otherwise on the website of the seller should not be written anything on reimbursement.then I think this is one spechietto larkall this is a scam.and then to learn to respond to mail its customers.it's too good to collect the money and then forget who bought the robot !!!

I apologize but the website of the seller in the sales conditions there is the possibility of reimbursement within 60 days.someone asked refund?I am not satisfied with the work of the robot.the losses are greater than profits.therefore as from sales conditions I demand a refund😡

This is only a behavior from children.here there is only interest in selling the robot and do not comply with the conditions of sale described on the website of the seller.and then from 3 days sending emails to the seller, and I never had answers.This is a scam !!!😈
