There is one explanation about recent blackouts. I guess there is no need to panic about IC Markets at the moment as their servers have been up and running all the time. But they said they have removed the faulty ISP and looks like they lied as there was another lengthy blackout today. Yup, obviously they lied. But the VPS connected directly to their NY servers (like CNS) works without problems.
