Just a reminder to those who used paypal and got ripped off or lied to by Ortwin/Jan/Jens at the paypal process is a multi-step process. 1 you file a claim2 the lier has the opportunity to contact you and lie to you some more3 you MUST then "escalate the dispute to a claim" and do not change your story ...simple tell the Paypal folks the seller did not offer to resolved the dispute so you wish to escalate the dispute to claim.you will not get your money back until you follow the entire process and complete to Payapl specs.Don't let your claims get too old and forget them. mg.. seriously did you not get the point? you want to buy an EA from some source that doesn't have a working broker? do you not know that new, shady brokers, usually Russian, that collaborate with bogus EA operators to get peeps to buy their bogus EAs and even open accounts 'claiming the EA only works good with a certain broker' and then two months later your money is gone and the EA publisher is in the islands sipping sugary rum drinks with your cash?

My opinion is that you continue with your claim. Ortwin/Jens whoever was operating a money mangement operation without a license in his own country..my assumption..I mean for those that sent him moeny to invest as your agent. I think but cannot say I am correct that PayPal will honor your refund request as I don't think PayPal allows such a buiness/transaction of this type in terms of service... Beware folks, the broker used in this test seems to be no more ....bye bye...site not working : fxclearing.ca. I don't know how you can trust a 'real' myfxbook when the broker doesn't seem to be in biz. I tried the broker URL of the myfxbook report and the site does work with Firefox and Chrome warns of a trojan like attempt on the browser. Not Good folks!

I tried to check this broker's web page out and there site is not there w/firefox. Tried the page with Chrome and chrome give a trojan type alert not to continue. Looks like they might have gone tits up! Hope everything works out and no one looses money. I have been through that myself so I know how shifty brokers. I don't trust any broker than can't keep a simple website up and running. ....duh!

These are impressive profits but a 70% drawdown [excellent-5] is just not sustainable. I use a 1:200 account and suffering a similar drawdown is just not acceptable risk and especially if you don't have a swap-friendly broker. Excellent-1 is more tolerable at 30% drawdown but I should like to point out that running drawdowns above 28% should be avoided if you don't want to bust your account.
