It is very reassuring to know that IC Markets are making best efforts to help out their clients. I also recently read that IC Markets has decided to Cover for the Client Negative Losses from Swiss Franc Volatility. Please find the official Press release announcement made by IC Markets here: http://forexmagnates.com/ic-markets-covering-90-client-negative-losses-swiss-franc-volatility/

The Question is do you have 5 clients who have funded at least 200 USD like mentioned in their policy?

Do you realize that you are trying to bump up a post that is 2 months old.? For your information, IC Markets have upgraded their trading infrastructure and there has been no reports of freezing even during high impact news for the past two months. You should try them now.

roller, wow! you just made me realize that I've wasted my precious time trying to explain you the basics of order execution, even a kindergarten student would have "tried" to understand better. There is no point in continuing this discussion hereafter. All the best with your trading.

Also, when you tried entering your second buy, 1) your bid price was at 101.986, 2) Technically as your account is a standard account, with minimum spread of 1 pip( Spread= Difference between "Offer" and "Bid"3) the offer price must have been at 101.996I'm sure you must be aware of the fact that "Buy orders are executed at the "Offer" price and sell orders are executed at the "Bid" price. The lines shows in your platform as Bid and Ask lines may not always be correct as they may be erred due to various reasons like Templates, EAs etc. Just be sur...

You seem to be proving the Support right, you do not even seem to understand the Basics of order execution. Let me explain you step by step, if you still do not want to understand your mistake! I can't help it.1) Your account is a standard account, the minimum spread itself is 1 and average spread is 1.3 for usdjpy, check their spread page here http://www.icmarkets.com/forex-trading/trading-conditions/spreads/. 2)So when you entered your second buy, the price was at 101.9863)your Buy order was executed at 101.995 4) So, the spread was 0.9 pips( Less than 1, which is their minimum advertis...

Roller, i can only feel for your Ignorance!I seriously don't understand what your problem is!? You uploaded a video! we tried to explain you that your order was executed well within their advertised Spread( Bid- Ask difference), but still you do not want to understand it? First of all, try and learn the basics of Forex markets like what a Bid- Ask difference/spread is before deciding to spam non stop here. And just because we proved you are wrong, you think IC Markets will have all of us on a payroll? or shall we take it that you are being paid by competing brokers to write bad reviews abo...

Roller, i guess there is no point talking with you having a prejudiced opinion. Based on the video you posted! we tried to explain that your order was executed well within their advertised spreads. But you seem to be talking scenarios that we cannot see, if you could get back to us with live examples of what you are facing, we could discuss about it and come to a conclusion.RegardsNarayan.

Roller, for your information the +1 pips spreads you are talking about( Or Bid- Ask difference, however you may term it) is Not Hidden like you are saying, as i said explained earlier it is clearly mentioned in ICM's official site http://www.icmarkets.com/forex-trading/trading-conditions/spreads/. What exactly is your issue? You should be appreciating the fact that you got a spread of 0.9 pips which is actually better than the 1 pip advertised spread.RegardsNarayan

Hi Roller,As your account is a standard account, I'm sure you are aware of the fact that the minimum spread itself is 1 and average spread is 1.3 for usdjpy, check their spread page here http://www.icmarkets.com/forex-trading/trading-conditions/spreads/. So when you entered second your second buy, the bid line was at 101.986, the ask line should have been anywhere from 101.996 to 101.999. However, your Buy order was placed at 101.995 which is a spread of 0.9 pips, which is better than what they are actually advertising. RegardsNarayan

Hi Mohamed,As the support staff pointed out, the profit or loss value will be reflected immediately in your account in real-time when you close a trade, IC Markets can not manipulate these values. There may be a number of factors involved that may influence the final profit/loss value in your trade like Swap rates & commissions depending on the lot value you entered. And if you happened to try and close your trade during high volatile times like news, there is a possibility of price moving 40+ pips in a matter of seconds thereby closing in a loss eventually. If possible, please post a scre...

Salim, Based on the comments in your Profile, I'm guessing you are talking about the Gold sell trade where you have pointed out that your trade was still at -10 loss even though price had come down 40 pips after you entered, I'm not sure how that is even possible! Could you please explain in detail what exactly happened? Did you try contacting their support? they are usually very helpful. If it is a genuine mistake, I'm sure they will definitely help you out.RegardsNarayan

Hi, There seems to be some miscommunication. IC Markets charges a transfer fee of approximately 20AUD for International Wire Transfers and No additional fees for Domestic transfers and credit card withdrawals. You should contact their support If you were charged 55 USD for withdrawals. Best RegardsNarayan

I've been trading with IC Markets for more than a year now! I chose IC markets mainly for their excellent spreads, they have been consistently offering lowest spreads in almost all pairs when compared to other brokers. I would definitely recommend IC Markets to a fellow trader, not only because of their low spreads, but also because they are leagues ahead in terms of personal customer service and support, which is a real rarity these days especially in the Forex industry. Like most of you all, I also joined under a IB, reducing my commission to just 5.5$ per round lot.RegardsNarayan
