Can't even update the MT4 platform as no access to admin. I told them and this is what they replied to me: "We can update your platfroms for you or you can update allown. Follow this steps:1. Donwload your metatrader from your vps to your local pc.2. Start your metatrader on your local pc made the update3. Reupload already updated platfrom from your pc to your vps...."What a joke!They still operate in the dark ages of computing. Forget it!

Steve, before I posted I had a chat with a representative of ATC. That's what he told me:Nasser: In regards to hedging, our liquidity provider has the hedging setting from their back office turned off. Which means the trades that are sent to the liquidity provider gets offset with each other. Talking about ATC. They are located in the USA which means no hedging (unless different accounts for buy and sell), first in first out on same currency pairs etc. The spreads are good. Only FinFX is close. Their spread is sometimes less but they ask for more commission (US$ 7per Standard lot round trip). Yesterday I mentioned FXPro claiming to execute orders below 100 ms, but I was meant to say forex.com. Sorry! But anyway I don't see any ECN connection and their spreads are quite high.

By the way, I stumbled across Hotforex.com which offers a variety of accounts like MT4 Currenex. What astonished me that their latency on the Demo (unfortunately no test on real AC) both from my Com to their server and the order processing was far better (280 average) than ATC, FinFX, FXCM, which I had tested as well. FXpro.com shows on their website that their average order processing latency is 80 ms. But when I tried to close an order it took a few seconds. I think who to deal with is the most difficult part of this project.

I almost regret throwing in the Futures for arbitrage as I feel there's too much for you goito explore at the same time and thus taking time off your original idea which is coding a solid product to be tested and creating the right infra structure (right brokers and server issues) so it can be used. Yes, Solar, I'm on your side. This "neural progamming" claim is just a marketing gimmick. The EA trades with no "brain". I just was looking at the last trades of the GU. On the 14th it squeezes out a few pips on a few candle sideways move but ignores the easy to trade 300 pip downturn right after that. On the 22nd it opens a trade in the middle of the downturn only for having to sit out 40 pips over a day to make again few pips (9). As the GU is on a quite steep slope downwards this retracement was pure luck as the large short candle today confirms. I do my own EA'...
