I can't say with confidence but I believe they are just stage names. Doug Price has been used before on other marketed EA so for this one, he picked a new name. That's just my theory. Not that it's a bad thing. Some people just like to protect their info more than others. Or it could be that one of those is his real name. I don't really care, as long as my robot doesn't open 100 EURUSD trades without me knowing!

Like you said, just need to monitor it daily. I day trade as well so if I know there is major volitility in the market, time to add more funds!

Take a look at mine of you want. It's a little dramatic because I keep my balance low (scared of flash crashes like GBP in October) https://www.myfxbook.com/members/ryang123/funnel-trader-ic/1858515 I have the same results so I can attest to the vendors account and todompolls being 100% accurate. As far as the DD in March, we got lucky with the EU election putting us back on top. If it went the other way, we might still be in it so there is no 100% safe system. Thank you for this! Definitely will look into the spreadsheet. It will help a lot. I'd love to be running a 300k account with this as 3% a month I believe is safe expectation, based on historical use of the system. Time to start saving up...I am blessed to have a broker that allows me to use credit card deposits so I only have to keep a minimum in my account to run funnel. In the rare event it goes into larger dd, i deposit more money. The most I ever needed at standard settings was 4000 and this is running it since about august of last year! I keep a small balance just in case an eve...

Has anyone changed settings from standard so that the system can produce more of a return? My take on it is keep it standard for a 3k account but if you go to a 30k account, you can basically add a zero to each of the positions. Would this be acceptable?

I agree. Best EA on market. You do need to add funds once in a while to cover drawdown but it's rare. Most I ever needed in my account was 4k. I keep at standard settings but am looking to increase settings to make more money with a larger account.

Thanks! I'm very passionate about trading. On my funnel account I accidentally opened an order ment for another account :/ It was a small position so I just closed it right away when I noticed. I have a mam (NJFX) and several other accounts so it can get a bit hectic! Also I did add more $ to my funnel account just in case. Last thing I need is another surprise from war I get stopped out. Market is starting to retrace so we should see profit on funnel sooner than later as long as we don't get Trump intervention again.

This ea requires 3000 starting balance. It can be run with smaller but you need to adjust settings accordingly and it's not recommended. I decided to pull the plug on this one. I don't like the way it opens trades too late in the momentum. It may be better suited to work with other pairs but I don't like it with eurusd. The GBP add-on was not good either, though. Robot trading is hard. Right now I use very high risk stratagies with my other robots but they work. I just limit the losses to 15%. As long as you are not afraid to cut losses, nothing wrong with using grids.

Hi MikeWith the standard settings, the swap is negligible. Swap would only be an issue on exotics or large volume and funnel is normally low volume. The DD is based on account size so if you have 90℅ DD, you need much more $$$ in the account. Actually 90℅ would get you stopped out with most brokers! I suggest 3k min. I actually transfer money back and forth when needed. If I have a low DD I put the money in my other account to trade a different strategy but if funnel starts buying more baskets, I send a few $$$ back into it. Best to keep 3k minimum in account and just let it go if you ...

I do believe the same broker would make the difference. I use Forex flex ea on FX Choice and IC market and I get many different trades from each broker.

I like your quote, plan your trades....!I took mine down at the beginning of december. Had too much volatility going on. It does great when S/R holds but that is only during slow times of the year. If you look at my MAM, NJFX, you can see a huge loss (about 12%) on 11/28. That was partly because I hedged the trade the MFM7 took. Later after that, it totally blew my test account labeled MFM5 and MFM7. I was testing different risk levels with this account and it was somehow left on over Italian referendum. That was just careless on my part, knowing it can not trade during times like that...
