Good customer service. They responded within 15min. The problem I had was the server crashed within 7 days i cancelled my subscription and they refunded the whole month.

It looks like no matter which signal you subscribe to sooner or later they will wipe out your account.

And Number 15 has a 100% Drawdown.. What a joke. Were they having a laugh when they set this up?

Really need to fix this. I was trusting the signals thinking i had a better success rate only to have the signals wipe out my account. If you email them the will add back the losing trades but you really have to be counting all the losing trades yourself.

There is a problem with signalstart provider stats. I have had signals that have lost huge money but the losses are not showing on their account. That is why people are saying that their providers are nothing like they signed upto. They have acknowledged that there is a problem and can manually update a provider if you email them.

Agree, Signed up to a signal with outstanding success but lost every trade for me.

Needs work. Lost 90% of my account and while the account showed all signals being in profit. Need to get the bugs out of the system. Also need to have some sort of standard for signals.
