This type of your behavior can not help customers. You need to fix date and time with me and I will give access to you on that date and time. This type of behavior had blown out my two live accounts in past and you did not do anything till it was really blown out because your EA can not be controlled as its leaving trades orphan.

It seems many versions are not upgraded. some one has v 1.18 , some has v1.1 and some on has v1.2 whereas I have v1.1 so this vendor is not having uniform upgrading and sending it by e mail to clients as soon as new version is made available.. Seems he is experimenting different version on clients accounts at client's cost!!! Alex, For GOD sake please send the latest version to all users.

Hi,
Alex does not help any one in time nor he refund this shows its scam vendor!! I had taken 2 licenses and still struggling to get profit from his EA. He also does not know what to investigate in his EA wherein the EA program is having deficiency. We do not have any complex setting except setting of initial lot size based on capital and account loss margin %. He will check expert log and journal. I can see all are clear without any deficiency so what he will investigate???? These all does not show why EA is taking more or less trades and why its not giving same gain. He has visited my VPS many times in past for same reason and no solution till date. This EA had blown out my two accounts for same reason which he is still investigating and has not come back with solution.

I installed on demo account with IC Markets and the trades are not exactly matching with master account of BMEA. Currently Master account shows one active trade where as my account shows 2 active trade with floating loss, when the BMEA account is updated 2 minutes back in myfxbook.com.

On 15th Dec 2014 BMEA has taken total 4 trades so far and closed 3 trades in profit with 42.9 pips and one trade is active with floating loss of 39.9 pips whereas MBEA has taken 7 trades in my account and closed 5 trades with profit of 39.2 pips and 2 active trades running with floating loss of 85.7 pips just now.

This shows the EA running on master account is different than the MBEA supplied to me.

I am running it on ICMARKETS too, and got two trades open right now instead of one as shown on here.

maybe its not the ea you noob, check to make sure you not logged into vps with two connections or else you will open two of same trades for everything.

I tend to think this is broker dependant. You can see my trades are very different ffrom alex but still closed in profit. I think broker noise has a lot tod with it but the ea opens orders once the dotted line is passed unless there is volitility in the market then it waits till things then calm down and resets itself. What do you mean TWO CONNECTIONS? The EA is running on ONE account, what has that has to do with VPS and different logins to VPS?

sometimes if a connection doesnt get disconnected properly, or you log onto your vps with two devices at one time, it can duplicate everything done on the server, now I dont know who you are with and what they arte running on but this can be the case, just want to check to make sure. I would shut your mt4 down and restart vps just to make sure!

Yes I fully agree thesupremeforex. Seems as if there is no universal update made available to all. Every time there is an issue with the trades, Alex asks for VPS credentials so we can not know what he is doing. He should have the 1 standard version that this account uses as well as everyone else.

I like to share my experience..I hope this can help us.

I have 2 accounts with blue monkey, one real and one demo. My real account is just a standard account and has all the behaviors that you guys have explained. My demo account which is an ECN account is in fact very close ( not %100 ) to the master account. It doesn't open trades that often - at least not as many as the standard account-.

I start to believe that brokers / accounts are playing a big role with this EA. You can see my accounts here:

1- This is my standard account which is trading with Blue monkey and something else ( the blue monkey trades are obvious ).

bundesrepublik.... i believe what you're saying because it hapened to me... the diference is because it worked for me in a real account during few days...

what you're saying that the brokers/account are playing a big role with this ea maybe its true... not sure... i don't have this experience to opine about that...

i'll start bluemonkey in a demo account to see how it performs... and i'll monitor the real one and demo one...

in my case is the same broker , but different accounts. ( I think the ECN account trades very close to the master account )

There is no problem with VPS connection as I have other system working fine on same VPS and VPS is from VMFX which I regard as one of the best VPS provider. I am old dog for using all EAs and VPS so I take care of all issues except the main program of the vendor supplied EA it self.

bundesrepublik, you attached the bluemonkeyea to the pair AUDNZD in your real and demo account... and the pairs that Alex recommended for now are just:

EURUSD
GBPUSD
USDCAD

not saying that you cant use to other pairs... you can use and you can make a lot of money or loose too... but I think they are not recommended YET

These pairs aren't connected to Blue Monkey..... im using 2 EA's on this account...
