Dear FxMasterGuru,
we recommend to use Variable spread. That is logic for scalping EA.
Our EA don't have any issue. We think that you need to learn more about spreads and closing of trades. How can trade to be closed whit 4 pips TP if broker increase spread?
As we said about 10/July, then happen 3 news whit highest impact on market whit only 1 hour deference between news.
So, here no discuss anymore.

Thanks for the sympathy! I guess at least you understand my concerns. I assume that the vendor does not WANT to understand my concerns and arrogantly makes me look like a noob...
Anyway, for the 3rd and the last time: When the spread becomes larger (> set spread limit) the EA stops working. Completely. It does not do anything from that point: it does not open trades (which is good), but it does not do anything else either which can be a problem.
Example: On many occasions the EA's marketable(!) profit was at +7 pips, but with a hidden +4 pips TP it has not closed the trade at +4 pips because the spread was >limit. So I closed it manually at marketable +7 pips. So the larger spread should not prohibit taking profits. But it does because the EA stops working.
With the same logic: If a trade is opened (while the spread was < limit) and in the NEXT SECOND the spread become larger, the EA stops working completely and "FORGETS" placing a stop loss. That is what happened on my account letting a trade run into -250 pips loss.
It is very sad that the EA vendor ignores my constructive criticism about a bug which should be fixed ASAP, so others can avoid having a trade running "naked" without stop loss. It may happen only once in 100,000 trades (i.e. with a chance of 0.001%), but in this case mine was that 100,000th... So it was a 100% event for me.

he prolly understand it very well, but is afraid that when he admits "yes, that's a glitch that no SL is set when spread widens suddenly", that people claim compensation for the damage the bot made.
really bad programming has been taking place when the bot isnt able to react to such market conditions cause they happen all the time.
and really really bad customer service he is showing here... that is disgusting, claiming the customer is too stupid ... beyond words.

Well, I did explain how to circumvent the bot bug (weakness) in the previous post. In fact, I can do it pretty easily since I did have such problem in the past.
If the vendor still can't figure it out how to do the proper spread logic coding, I think I can safely say that the EA is not really his/her creation. 😀

Dear FxMasterGuru , you can cry every day here, but our EA don't have any issue.
If you had any problem, you need to reinstal EA, just go in member area of our website and download.
-250 not possible every trade have SL: -31 pips, everyone can see here on Myfxbook on 3 accounts.

Thanks, Johnny! I guess, Forex is in the "twilight zone" in regard to taking responsibility for paid goods if damages happen due to the product's malfunction. In a "perfect world" and especially in the USA that would be the norm and the expected action from any vendor.

How was the spread logic control system? Would the ea stop managing floating trades if the current broker spread is more than the allowable range?

I was considering buying this EA, and have been monitoring it's performance for some time, due to the issues of widening spreads and the EA stops when this happens and doesn't manage open trades i.e. put in the hard stop loss, I won't purchase until word is received that this issue is fixed, I can't afford -250 pip losses. Good to see a news filter has been added.

Yes, it is very unfortunate. Especially that my account was the suffering "guinea pig" of this bug costing me a LOT.
I will not use this EA until this bug is fixed. It was enough to face an open trade in -300 pips and without SL...
