that is the thinking behind it yes - even if the market moves 1000 pips against you, still in favourable position

I known one money manager and he used to have one big client. He used the same strategy as your and his client account was ruined just one night due to a strong up trend in gold. They lost about 100.000 USD just one night. Does you EA work with currencies only except spot Gold?
