When I reached out to customer support, I was met with the same copy-paste response each time, stating that the issue was with my card provider and that I should use a different withdrawal method. Unfortunately, no real explanation or meaningful assistance was provided—just the same repeated message.
Eventually, I found a solution on my own by depositing a small amount using GCash, which then allowed me to withdraw successfully. It’s disappointing that support didn’t guide me toward this option from the beginning. I felt like I was left to figure things out alone.
I sincerely hope their customer service improves and starts offering more personalized and helpful support. Hopefully, I won’t encounter more issues in the future.
