i try to answer your questions:
1. if you only trader on EURUSD pair it's ok.
2. Open trades maximal 500 position, and lots is not limitation as your equity possible

All account are disabled until the contest starting on may, so you have no problem just wait for demo contest starting.

perhaps too little participation from Indonesia because many forex brokers websites blocked Indonesian government including myfxbook.com meaning that traders from Indonesia only trade through local brokers,,, unfair competition ,,,, I can access using the ip of the UK happy trading all
why the US government or the UK, Australia or any other country not reply to block sites from Indonesia? sorry too many words because I was desperate never responded only hope of another country to reply to this issue

I also from indonesia, having no problem with all these 'rookie' method blockage. no need to use anonymous proxies.. it's terrible for your PC, slowing your connection too. try to use dnscrypt, thank's me later.

Hello i am in France Here is ok evrrythink is good. I rent my own server in germany for 34€ by month.
Inside i made 60 personal by my own work 60 personals vps and inside everyone i have 4 mt4 from Armada, Tickmill, fxcm and ,ironfx everything is working well from europe.
