@Orangotang

Exactly true ...
In this contest Floating Profit and Loss at the end of the Contest will be used in the TWR formula for the purpose of defining the winners of the Contest .

That is good Rashmi.

I've reported another bug on the competitors page. While all the other sorting functions are fixed, the sorting of 'Gain(Equity)' is inaccurate. I hope this bug get fixed soon.

That sounds very fair.

I love this statistics of the contest they are a true representation of the Forex world. out of 119 participants only 14 are profitable that is around 11%. in the first week. 😉

Only 45 participants have entered trades so far.
About 10 traders have already lost their money.

Since just a few do apply a Stop Loss maybe ALL traders will lose in the end..... We will see.

I am lucky for TWR formula. Its a fair game because its showing little bit how risky trading is.
I am using SL and TP in every trade, so It was very hard form me to develop successful strategy with stops and without martingale ;-)

I will be very satisfied for a place within top ten traders, but its very hard to find a way for optimal contest risk without loosing account :-)
For my system is optimal balance 10.000 USD or 60000 USD (which I trade on the other account), not 500 :-D

You definitely will be in top 10 if you will stay positive.
You may even be in top 3.

Others will lose money.
They are not using a Stop Loss.

It was not forbidden to open an $ 60.000 account.
$ 500 was just the minimum.

You can still add those $ 60.000.
Do that and you can trade for the win !

Appreciate your view on TP & SL. Trailing SL shall also benefit as we gain more than what we expected. You have been trading with discipline, if trader trades like you Forex market will be blessing for them. Good luck to you for the contest. Have a great weekend.

I am almost certain that due to the registration being open throughout the contest, it makes the competion stats very buggy.

All other contest are fine once registrations are closed.

Of course i might be wrong...

OK, my bad, I've just checked the other active contest by Tradeo, only their 'Gain(Equity)' sorting function is accurate, the rest is also jumbled up...
