Anyone can provide guidelines on how to learn trading forex?

i'm a newbie in forex trading(well,by that,i mean i have very low or zero knowledge in forex trading).
So, anyone can provide some guidelines?
For instance
1. where can i learn?
2. what should i learn?
3. a step by step guidelines to learn trading
this sounds stupid but i only have basic knowledge such as spread and hedging so i have no idea where to start learning.

How do you cope with loss?
How would you feel if you lost a large sum of money?
How do you talk to yourself when you make a mistake?
What is the reason you are doing this?
How do you recover from failure?

There are a lot of sites from where you can learn to trade. Also, practice in the demo account.

Learn the basics from various sources and try a demo account for practice.
