First of all find a broker with normal pips, not the stupid "units" from Oanda.
Second: with a leverage of just 1:50 you should start with a balance of minimum 5000, sorry for you.
I have some friends from US which are using FXChoice, where the leverage is 1:200, you can try open an account there, thay are serious and can withdraw the profit any time without problems.

Welcome to Forex World. If you want to Forex again, this decision has been much better. Because if you want to expect something good, you have to spend a lot of time behind it. Success does not come overnight. It is a matter of patience. But you have to pay attention to money management. You have to trade at a 1: 2 risk-reward all the time. Welcome to Forex World. In my opinion, popular business like Forex is not found in the whole world. You can earn a lot of money by trading here, but you must manage discipline. You cannot trade with a plan that requires a stop loss of more than 2%. Trading is a market of possibilities. It is not uncommon to lose here, so if you want to do it in the market of probability, risk management, money management, these things must be done. You have to be satisfied with the profit that comes from trading.

Goodluck my friend, Forex can get complicated at times but you need to make sure that your emotions don't get the better of you and drive your decisions. Make a strategy and stick to it .

If you are back after a hard time I suggest you take it slowly and gradually. Never risk more than you are willing to lose. Use risk management and money management, and I find it helpful to keep a trading journal to look back on what I did and improve.
