High leverage is fine as long as one understands the risks. It then makes it possible to start trading with a smaller deposit with small leverage you have to make a much larger deposit in order to even trade 0.01Lot

I would suggest you open a demo account first and try out your strategy that would give you some idea about the trading patterns and price fluctuations

Money management is the integral part of forex trading. You have to do it. Do not use more than 2% of your capital to open trade.

High leverage is very risky. And low leverage is very useful to maintain money management.

Leverage is fine as long as it's not abused. Issue is most abuse it.
