Is it possible to create a web query file .iqy for the API and save in the local computer which can be used as a connection file to fetch the data on excel sheet.

I am using the web URL now to get the data but the excel sheet needs to be manually refreshed now to get new data. I hope with a connection file and refresh settings I can get continious stream of this data.

Is this a way to do that? Or maybe any other method to auto refresh the sheet?
