I need help with indicator

Hello,
I would like to have an indicator to point out Pin bars. With option to select which ones to show (only Pin Bars, only Outside bars or both)
Indicator must be ready for MT5. Must be able to select on which timeframes to apply it.
Definition for Pin Bar:
-Must be at least 50% size of the average of previous 3 bars
-Must have open and close within previous bar's range
-Open and close must be positioned within 35% of the bar
-One side of the bar sticks out from previous bar by at least 30%
Definition of Outside Bar:
-Bar completely engulfs previous bar
-Close must be within top/bottom 1/4 of bar -Close must be above/below the High/Low of the engulfed bar
General rules:
-I need alerts directly in MT and in mail also
-Alert must be triggered immediately after bar has closed (and not when the bar is in the making)
-Alert must have proper name, which must include Pair/Timeframe/Name of bar (ex.:GBPJPY Daily Pin Bar)
-White arrow or a dot must be placed on chart above/below the bar that meets our criteria
I have been looking around for someone who could help on various places, but I haven't found anyone who might be interested. I hope I will have some luck here.
