@GrooveDelicious on 23rd May, Pay10 post a screen capture of his test result, indicating the best hour per each pair, I just like to know whether hour is from his broker (GMT)?, or his local time?

@gchang01 It was a while ago that I ran the test before V2 was released, (I don't think there is a difference in v1 to v2 for the regular trades it is trading the same for me) so I am not 100% sure but I am like 99% sure it was the brokers time. FOREX.com, which I think is on GMT time zone.

@gchang01 Find your brokers GMT time and compare it to whats on that chart. I had to add 3 hours for the times to be right.

Ex: EURUSD at 04:00-04:59 = 07:00-07:59 my time.

I think those results are still valid BUT you have to steer clear from news. That is the one thing that has messed my stats up. It's hard to remember to turn all the EAs on and off, so I just let them run on the set hour without considering news.

@OTheFuture @Pay10 , thanks for your information, my broker is IG Market, it is on GMT time zone as well. and i'm about to setup demo accounts for testing fury v2, by the way, Do you use the default setting for TP and SL?

I have a couple demo accounts that are default TP and SL. Most, though, I have moved to 5 pip TP, 1 start and 3 step. I really don't know if that is helping or not at this point, to be honest. Too early to tell.

Looking forward to hearing anything you may find with your results.

Send people here to discuss the FX Fury EA V2.1. Strength in numbers.

Have you guys had your demo accounts blow up recently? It feels like all my demos just died and my live account started doing better. How are all you guys doing?

@Pay10 Honestly, I 've had to take a slight hiatus cause of other work related stuff, but I can say that looking at my stats I am having some trouble finding consistency on a pair.

The best account I have is doing really well because of a couple winning trades staying open after shutting the MT4 down, so it's hard to tell right now; however, I plan to do a deep dive soon to try and find the reality of whats working and whats not. Seems like EURUSD, USDCHF are the best pairs around 07:00 and 09:00 GMT +3. But I feel it's too early to tell. Some of my accoutns are public if you wanna look.

I do wish I had not left the Trailing Stop option on and just let the EA do it's thing with the 5 pips.

What are you seeing as the best pair(s) and time(s) on your live account?

@Pay10 After scanning over my accounts, yes, some demo accounts did just tank in the last couple weeks. Not sure if news related or EA related or what, to be honest.

In considering news, do you turn the EA off if news events are coming up around the trading time? I kind of thought the EA wouldn't trade if too volatile, but idk. Thought that had to do with the 'max spread' and such.

I'm new to fxbook. So I hope it's ok to ask some questions. I noticed this:
Deposits: $ 1002550.00
Withdrawals: $ 1001911.25

So it looks like more money was put into the account than was taken out and the balance is now at $ 1442.13.

However the account shows gain of 260%. How is this gain possible when it looks like more was deposited than was withdrawn? ty.

@jjdenver That is a fantastic question, I have a similar question because I don't have that kind of money. When I first opened the account I am pretty sure I put in around $200 initially. When I started using Forex Fury I put in $500 and thats where the 260% came in I think.

But that massive $1002550.00 I have no idea how it came into the account, I even asked MyFXBook to fix it and they didnt do anything...

ty for the quick response. So you put in $700 and that showed an account increase of 260%? Did the robot itself make any money? It seems quite confusing....

in like October of 2018 thats when I put in $500, the account had $0.00 before that I think.

From that date the bot has been the only thing trading and you can then figure returns from Oct 11th i think to present from $500 deposit to get an actual return.

@Pay10 Do you switch back and forth with pairs? Like if it doesn't trade on one pair at a certain time, you switch to your next pair and time?

I see you have it trading AUDJPY at 20:00. I'm having some success with that pair at 21:00(my brokers time gmt+3). Also, NZDUSD at 11:00(gmt +3) and USDJPY at 22:00.

I don't trust EURUSD because it's the most manipulated an most traded so while some of my demos are doing well with it, it's mainly because I closed the EA and it continued in that direction for a long ass time, which skewed the results.

Still working with settings and testing.

@OTheFuture No I have it running on 3 pairs at one time currently, with reduced size so I can try and take all trades at one time.

I liked EURUSD the most for myself though, best results for me.

Oh, I see. Hmmm. Interesting.

I wondered if the FX Fury people say that it's best to run it on one thing at a time so you consider buying another license. I mean how much computer power can it possibly take to run the thing.

I do think I figured out how it works. Or at least have a rough idea.

Is the account you have live here the one EURUSD is running?

Disregard the above. I meant 'is the account that you have public, the one you are talking about', but I think the answer is 'yes'.

I couldn't delete the last comment so clarifying here, is all

@Pay10 Did the fed rate decision mess up your EA this week? Did mine cause I forgot to turn it off. Oh well, didn't blow any accounts just hit them some

Also, I know this is a redundant question, but I struggle to understand...you are trading a couple of your pairs at 20:00 GMT 0 / an hour before the daily close, huh?

I'm running some tests based on your results and have to add 3 to the time cause my broker is GMT +3. Yours is GMT 0. Can be confusing, but getting the hang of it more and more.

Talk soon

@OTheFuture I am running 3 pairs at the same time on the same account, for some reason it works and some trades enter and others cannot be entered because the account is being used up, no buying power.

I dont turn off the bot for any news, its a 50/50 shot it will be good or bad, if i keep it on always i will probably net evenly.

It is trading right before nyse close.

but i did trade by hand, some futures for the fed meeting and made money there.

Ah. I see. Gotcha. I also did the same. Last week was like a once every few years opportunity. Sooo much money was made and lost by so many people it's crazy.
