Hi FX Viper,

i can understand why you opened the EURUSD long Trade on 19.08.2014 ... but why don´t you close the trade? Do you use this open position as a Hedge? I´m thinking the whole time what sense this open trade could make for you. There must be a reason, if you stay one month with a 500 Pips loss ... ;)

Hi Grandwave,

Thanks for your interest in following FX Viper. You'll need to join the MAM account if you want to be involved.

So can you explain more about how we would copy these trades ? We open mam account with your suggested broker. Fund it with at least 10,000$ and Jeff does the trading. We keep 70% of the profits. The 30% that goes to fx viper is automatically withdrawed every month. If we started with 10,000$ what lot size would we be trading? Would the trades be exactly the same as what we see on this master account? I'm interested.

Hi Dionysus,

You're correct in that you keep 70% of the profits and the 30% fee is debited from your account automatically.

If you opened an account with $10,000 you would be trading between 0.1 and 0.2 lots per trade. The goal is consistent returns over the long term by taking small bites out of the market at times of high probability.

I was just wondering if there was a particular reason why the number of lots that were traded were so much higher in the beginning (2013) than it is now. I would figure the position size would be smaller to begin with because the capital is less, and then increase over time as the account grew. No doubt he is a super skilled trader, such consistency - but it was just something I noticed and was curious to learn why.

Hi jeff, may I know why there's no swap? Did u apply for swap-free account? For this broker, do you have to give any reasons to opt for the swap-free account? Thanks.

Good luck for the EU and enjoy your jog later today. ;)
