Once again FxPapa pulls through for us! 😁
+8.7 pip gain for me on those two trades (- 26.1 on the first trade and +34.8 on the second trade). FxPapa definitely has a sound trading strategy. It will hit the full equity SL on odd occasions, but as long as you're not trading with too high of a risk level there's nothing to worry about. I like the fact that FxPapa limits 50:1 leverage accounts to 7.5% risk, as it forces me not to get greedy and put my account at too much risk! 😲 Keep up the good work FxPapa! 😎
Cheers,
Roger

This is the same story everytime GPB USD opened against the trend.
When will you change the setting of this pair? We will not be lucky forever!!! Friday it will be an important news day.
Hope we will close those two trades before Friday.

The hard stop is 200 pips which is kept invisible to the broker. It is kept invisible to keep the broker more honest.
There may involve more than one trade however the total hard stop max 3 positions is 200 pips total for the sum of all 3 combined
This is the way I understand it.
I am more perplexed as to why you even left the EA run during today. Did you not check and know today is the biggest US banking holiday and that tomorrow is major US news? I think it is crazy to even think of trading today or tomorrow. Last night I turned off every EA I own and had no open trades since last night.

Thank you fxpapa here it's the result for 2 months that i use your EA
LOST - 8889USD on GPB.USD two times DD with 39kusd account.
When will you consider to stop trading GPB.USD?
Your EA is not able to trade this pair safety always against the trend.
PLease do something ASAP because i believe in your EA but only for EUR.USD

teuteux13,
FxPapa seems to work well in a long-term strategy. You should be ready to lose about 4 times in the year. Maybe even 5 or 6. In 7 and 1/2 months, since FxPapa account is being shown here, it's the 2nd time the EA loses. As Steve said, opening a trade this Tuesday was a mistake. In my view, on the other time it was lost it was a mistake too, because they were expecting bad news about Europe that week. Steve didn't lose because he deactivated the EA. I didn't lose this time either because I closed 2 trades manually, losing less than 1% when I noticed the situation. If I were you I would reduce risk to maybe 5 for while (to not suffer losing all that) and maybe consider adding a 2nd and even maybe a 3rd good EA to your account, which is hard to find though. FxPapa is good, but not perfect. It still needs some improvements, maybe giving the option to the user to select the pairs as you said and other things, but the EA works well long-term, think on years, not months. And maybe -- keep your EA off on Tuesdays.
