I really wonder why you guys are very interested on Bırts Broker. He is currently running some 10 s of EA s and MDP broker is hidden. does this hurt some people here.
find your own correct setup and broker combination and stop blaming people who found it.

Yeah, I am filling in the paperwork for two Ferraris as I write this post... You know they have a waiting list of 24-36 months and I figure by the time they're ready, I'll also have the money for the cars.
Why would I need two, you ask? It's very easy: it's custom to have a red Ferrari and indeed it is a color that suits the car perfectly, but I also want a black one to use it when I'm wearing clothes that will not match the red one :)

Sir! Why do you two Ferrari? Look at life with sober eyes. Put the money to the bank and live on the interest!
Ferrari - a lot of very rich people who have millions.
Anyone who buys a Ferrari on credit - it's a shame, cheap antlers.
Сэр ! Зачем вам две Феррари? Смотрите на жизнь трезвыми глазами. Положите деньги на счет банка и живите на проценты!
Феррари - это удел очень богатых людей, кто имеет миллионы.
Live simply as such I bought bmwZ4! Very sexy, all the girls watching. No worse than a Ferrari and much more economical and yet I was able to build a house.

LOL, I was just kidding with the Ferrari cars. Given my finances, I'd take a major hit even with a 20i Z4. I don't really care that much about cars and on top of that I'm married, so it's a bit too late for a sports car ;)
As a side note, I like the Z4 and BMW in general, congratulations on your choice.
SmoothHedge, thanks for the offer, but I'm afraid I'll have to decline. First of all, I stopped trading for a profit a rather long time ago when I noticed the stress incurred from trading heavily outweighs the financial benefits, at least given the amounts that I had in my account balances. The only money I have in Forex nowadays are exclusively in forward test accounts and some 1k at Oanda that I keep there just so that I can download tick data. Second, why would you choose the Boston Tech bridge? It's probably the worst bridge (at least it used to be some 2 years ago) and nowadays there's a plethora of alternatives...

I have a fairly large amount tied up in Forex accounts, but I don't stress about it. Maybe it's because I'm winning most of the time. :-)
Any money I put into a Forex account, I first kiss goodbuy. If it makes money, that's a bonus.
I will probably get serious about starting a personal brokerage at some point. Other than BT and Currenex, what would you suggest? Metatrader is essential.

Yeah, I used to do the same: tried to simply pretend the money was gone, but as it turns out, it doesn't come easy to me at all. I was also profitable, but given my 4 digit deposit sizes, it was not some phenomenal gains. There were also drawdowns and I was continuously stressing about the trades, so I'm better off without it.
Re: bridges, look into gold-i - it's a stable & straightforward bridge, probably very well suited if you want to trade yourself. If you want a more sophisticated thing, take a look at primexm. The Currenex one is also nice if you can stomach the min 0.4 lots. Another one you could try is Integral's - quite a few brokers are using it. There are some other alternatives as well, such as b2bits or roustech, but I have no personal experience with them so I can't tell you much about them other than the fact they exist. As for BT, it's pretty much synonym with slippage. Anyway, before you embark on that avenue, do your due diligence thoroughly and explore all the available alternatives.

Soon I'll be putting the family wealth into a FOREX account, maybe I'll feel the stress then. 😕
I also hate drawdown periods, hence my obsession with hedging. Not hedging positions, but hedging robots that perform well at different times.
Your Prime Broker leads were extremely helpful. Pepperstone is using Integral, so I might steer clear of them. 😄
