When I made a claim to Paypal he had a reply ready that he sold an intangible good which has no warranty and refund cannot be claimed. He uses this pitfall in the system to deceive people. His name is Jagannath Behera aka jbehera222 aka ajay999. Stay away from him, stay away from his products Fast Scalping and other name RFX Scalper or Atom Fx Scalper.
