I bought the Sphantom and then I had to do all by myself I kept on asking for advice, but no answer. I asked for a refund and they said that they do not refund money. I finally managed, fortunately after the large drawdown, to install it on W7 but it traded in one month only twice.
I asked a refund through paypal but they did not care. Think well before you buy it. You cannot try it and neither ask for a refund.
I have finally abandoned it and started trading myself or on signals.
I hope others will not experience the same nightmare.

I hope also noone will buy this scrap! But if you bought this scrap after the end of January and u have red the topic, u must have found tons of my (and also of other customers) complaining the absence of support, the unprofessionality of the vendor, and tnhe fact that this is absolutely and only a fraud! Did u red my posts?😕

As u know a system works not because recognize the future, but because CUT losses! My system looks similar to Sphantom and volatility factor and i am already running it live on EU and GU! Strangely on EU is profitable only in the night and on GU only in Uk Session! I am testing in demo also on other pairs but Till now was a disaster on These other! This night i have had first 2 sell trades and after 2 buy trades all 4 closed in few hours with a gain! S/ is 60 and t/p is 11! I have learn ed something from s-phantom but changed the strategy and adjust ed the MM! Maybe in april may i will open an account dedicated exclusively to this!

I reckon it's going to the right. Why is everybody so obsessed with up and down. It always goes to the right. Now if only I can find a broker who takes trades to the right!!!! 😁

I want to point out that this system could work very well in the developer was making the right adjustments to money mangment and including a news filter and a time filter! With a time filter and setting it to trade only outside from UK session it would be great, but not with a s/l of 250. For scalpers with a t/p of 11/12 s/l 60/70 is enough! Unfortunately the vendor decided to sell another system and so our updated S-pahntom is now Pipable!

A system like that would have almost 99% profitable trades. 😀 Also, very low draw-downs, under 10% 😁 Might be worth looking into that

How about the back test result？

I have my way to work! back tests are impressive, but i do not rely on them! i tried several eas with incredible BT but also in demo was failing! i first make a 1-2 month demo on at least 2 accounts, after i i like the reusults i start trading live on 2 different accounts with small lots and after at least 3 months i consider to use it or not. So for the moement is too early. it acn be also very dangerous because if the trade does not go in the right direction can open more trades and risk increses! S/l is only 60 but till now never had 1 s/l because it closes the position earlier and maybe reverses! On Gu i had many S/L strangely in the night! I will need more months of tests and time to do it! i am testing on other pairs but after a good start they almost destroyed my demo accounts! It works i a similar way of Volatility factor but the startegy is different!

First i must say that 2 months of demo tests and 1 month of live trading (also if with impressive results with a profit factor of 6, and with a winning ratio of more than 80% and with an average win bigger of about 1.5 of the average loss) are not enough and does not prove nothing. My experience is mostly on trading futures with swing systems (not scalping). if u are interested in swing trading in futures (specially commodities like silver, gold, brent) i can share some for free with u or some that are interested! they are tested and i use them in my mechanical trading (not automated)! Since are swing systems DD are huge! but long term results are impressive!

If you only got one thing from sPhantom that helps make your EA successful it's probably worth the money you spent.

Absolutely right!I want remark that this S-pahntom with the right update could be very interesting! But with no such large s/l and avouding UK session! For 300 USD they could also give us an update with a time filter and adjusted s/l. For example yesterday it mnaged to get out from a difficult situation very good. But with these settings everyone knows that is only matter of time and S-phantom will burn other accounts! i am running it with microlots! i will not do it, but if someone get replies from them, pls ask for an update with time filter and custom s/l and t/p. But maybe they will never reply since they are busy with pipable! i would ask to everyone bought S-phantom to not subscribe to Pipable, since it is not fair to not give us an update (very necessary) and start another bussiness! But this is the forex industry, mostly people selling stole codes or EA with snall history of succesfull tradinbg and no support at all!

I have installed MetaTrader 4 from FXCM, build 6000. Tried to install sPhantom installer to this fresh client installation but it does not get listed in the Expert Adivsors tree.

Any ideas?

its certainly installed on the MT4 folder itself, not in the new data folder.
so open the folder where MT4 is installed using windows explorer
and open the data folder from MT4, file -> open data folder
then copy the expert folder from the initial installation to the new data folder...
