Yes I concur, even if it is not blown and he has just gotten lazy with updating, there is no reason he cannot have his EA do the regular 5 min or hour or daily auto updates unless he needs time to manipulate the feed or is otherwise hiding something.
1 pip pip banked is worth more than the rest out in the market.
