I do not want to recommend, but I can say I've been working with IC Markets for the last 3 months. Find them good for now. But 3 months is a very short period to judge... I haven't had withdrawal request with them i.e. can't judge about it either...Their commission equates to 0.00007 for a round-...

You are completely right. I need to clarify myself: I meant numerous trades throughout the day, but just one trade at a time.

use an ECN broker and avoid brokers with dealing desks, use VPS with fast connection to the broker's server, avoid trading when spread is high

I think such a consistent return can be achieved by algorithmic scalping - numerous trades, day and night, a few pips per trade. You do realise that 15-20% per month is an abnormally high return, compounded it makes around 700% yearly. And with abnormally high return, comes abnormally high risk!!...

How to choose good VPS?

I think if you bind the EA to work only with your broker and account number (i.e. put such a protection code in the source code of the EA) and place only the executable on your VPS, that should be sufficient against prying eyes...
