I am algorithm (enthusiast) based Trader and taking up a management position with an Australian Brokerage to train their VIP clients and develop business for them. On my free time, i always look into historical data to find possible pattern (not into over-fitting) that is hidden on plain sight.
I believe every traders should arm themselves with some EA building skill and experience to search for more knowledgeable method in their trading.
