Hi, my name is Jakkranut Hongloy. You can call me Jay I am a 32-year-old full-time trader with over 10 years of experience in the financial markets.
I was born into a humble family as the son of a grocery store vendor. I did not come from a wealthy background, so from a young age, I understood the value of money, hard work, and creating opportunities for myself.
I started trading when I was 18 years old after discovering Forex through a friend. At first, I thought trading was an easy way to make money, but I soon realized that the market was much harder than it looked. During my early years, I made many mistakes, lost my savings, bought ineffective courses, used unreliable trading tools, and even trusted others to trade for me.
In fact, I went broke several times throughout my trading journey. However, those painful experiences became some of the most valuable lessons in my life. They taught me that sustainable trading success does not come from luck, emotions, or copying other people. It comes from having a clear system, strong risk management, and statistics to support every decision.
Over the years, I developed my own systematic trading approach by focusing on data, backtesting, market behavior, momentum weakness, positioning, round numbers, and risk-to-reward efficiency. Today, I trade with several prop trading firms, including FTMO, MFF, and The 5ers, and I have withdrawn more than 35 million baht in profit sharing.
My trading philosophy is simple: protect capital first, follow the system, manage risk, and wait patiently for the right opportunity. I believe that the biggest difference between a beginner and a professional trader is not only strategy, but also discipline, emotional control, and the ability to stay consistent through both winning and losing periods.
My long-term goal is to achieve financial and time freedom, retire before the age of 40, and use the success I have gained from trading to support meaningful causes and share knowledge that can help others improve their mindset, reduce stress, and live with more peace.
