Improve customer service so that clients are more confident in the service that Headway provides, don't let your clients wait too long, it can have fatal consequences.

As a trader who uses structure and POI strategies, I appreciate how smooth the order placement and management process is. Their support team is also responsive, which gives me extra confidence while trading.

What would you improve about Headway?

One area I would improve is the range of available trading instruments—expanding to include more indices, synthetic pairs, or stocks would add more flexibility. I’d also like to see more transparency around spreads during high-impact news events and maybe a detailed trading journal feature within the platform to track performance easily.
