I have being used it from 2011.
VPS - very cheap, but they have a lot of issue with vitualizations: i have bought VPS for 12 GB, running app max for 3-4 GB but show that my memory is near 11GB usage and it slows all. On all my requests about this issue: it all ok, it is just show so high usage but nothing is worng, all is working stable.
After that i decided to but Dedicated for 90 EUR.
Dedicated one is ok, but it can turn down sometime and i have to call to support to turn it on again.
No real time chat, by phone support is execllent, very fast.
