"The competition is not addressed to residents from Afghanistan, Belgium, Burundi, Canada, Central African Republic, China, Congo, Cuba, Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, France, Guinea, Iran, Iraq, Japan, Laos, Libya, Liberia, Mali, Myanmar/Burma, Niger, North Korea, Syria, Sudan (North and South), Somalia, Suriname, Tunisia, Turkey, Trinidad and Tobago, USA, Venezuela, Yemen, Western Sahara, Zimbabwe. Participants from this areas will not be able to open live accounts with Company and as a result they will be disqualified".

кто нибудь может мне объяснить почему МТ4 Arum Capital для меня без проблем открыл и приживил Демо-счёт((не конкурсный))...и я на этом счёте тренирую навыки торговли без проблем, но почему как только я пытаюсь приживить сюда же конкурсные логин-пароль,то МТ4 отвечать отказывается и сообщает мне что НЕ ВЕРНЫЙ СЧЁТ ???

Step size is measurement of a minimum volume of the transaction. It just shows that there cannot be such steps as 0.001 and so far.

If you got your password and still cannot log in, try to reach the technical department of myfx and tell that it works improperly. Also you can create a non-contest demo account on the web-site of the ARUM CAPITAL and test its work. If non-contest account works properly, then probably there was a problem from myfx. If both of them do not work let the ARUM CAPITAL team know about that in the chat on the web-site. Also, don't forget to check the settings in the terminal, maybe you had chosen the wrong server.

Здравствуйте, Александр!
Попробуйте войти в аккаунт через терминал Арума, если не получится - подключитесь через другой терминал. В прошлый раз я Вам также посоветовал обратиться в технический отдел myfx. Если Вы этого ещё не сделали - обязательно сделайте и скажите, что Ваш аккаунт работает некорректно. В таких случаях Вам предоставляют новый пароль от Вашего счета.

Inform technical department of myfx about your problem. In such cases you get a new password to your current account.

In the rules of the contest mentioned the countries which cannot participate in the contest. If you are, for example, currently in the USA, but not a resident of this country or any other prohibitted one then you have all the rights to take part in the contest.

As you've started your registration on March 25 there should be no such a problem. Inform myfx team about this problem, if you get no reply contact support team on the web-site of the ARUM CAPITAL. The request for creating an account must be in the system of myfx. If you have screenshots don't forget to attach them in the message.
