I am looking for people who have more then 5 years experience in Forex
who mainly trade EURUSD USDGBR GOLD
and who have good results (good means more then 70% of trades in +)

How do you trade 'in a team'? Do you share your trading systems with each other and mutually agree on each position taken? Or are you simply combining your trading systems to get a stronger signal?

i tell my team mates to go long eurusd, then i short it like crazy 😁.

LOL you guys are funny... I have been told by my wife to stop displaying my trades 😞. She says that I will attract too much attention next week when I start trading my new EA. What do you guys recon?

I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Diversification is what comes to mind.

Psychologically, Trading in teams has never worked well.
It always ended up the same way - Losses.
Everyone in the team is looking at and waiting for the leader; to decide, to show direction
If everyone is equal then, it is even worse. Opinions as many as there are the teammates. In the end, everyone is correct but still there is no profit.

On contrary, training in teams are the best way to start in this business.

Learn from the best, but never look over somebody' shoulder. IMHO

Naturally, trading in teams where there is a leader would benefit only the weakest traders; and if you're trading well, there is no incentive to trade with other traders as this is a zero sum game (unless of course that is a paid service).

i rade only euro usd manualy and i won in many trading conest he last one is ifcmarkes real accounts contest

Yes I agree with qq. Some people don't even know any reason for the OP they opened.

No need to trade in teams. Lets come together and form a skype group to develop an authentic automated systems.
