To give some useful information here, HFT requires between 5 and 20M in yearly expenses. Having your servers in NY4 cost you 50k a month (minimum), and then you need a competitive team to outsmart the guys at the biggest banks/hedge funds.
I can guarantee you a 529.99$ setup won't do it.

if 4 percent is enough why dont you learn and trade yourself? why you want to believe on the 3rd party expert advisors? i would say its not safe.

No, you can only guarantee that YOU cannot do it without someone placing in your lap on a silver platter ahead of time.
HFT only requires a VPS, a functional progressive system/EA with a stoploss,and $100 account to compound to 50 million.
I'll gurantee you that just because you don't know how to do it, doesn't mean it cant be done.

All accounts ended negative for the month of December 2013, but positive for the year 2013. The negative result is minimal and DD is within target.
Conservative:
December - 1.25%
Year 2013: +1.75%

The average win / average loss also the DD from your MT4 statement because it will be very different from this myfxbook's DD.
