Demo or not demo.
It is all relative. I was making money on demo and started making money on live too. It all depends how people treat demo trading. The difference only in one's mind.
But it is interesting wehat you mention about brokers' manipulations. as I understand you mean spread manipulations?

they have defend mechanism against all traders. thats for sure and thats I understand due they are dealing with hundred of thousands in miliseconds. but currently those defend mechanısm is working for making money for them not for protecting. I have posted info about FXCM and I have just posted the issue about pepper. most of the traders have no clue about what s going on behind the charts. they believe what they see on the screen.
I wonder if any other pepperstone client has seen that problem I have mentioned.
so this is becoming a war between clients and brokers.
what they do is locking things by tricks. Locks are created to open what HOUDINI says. to open is always easier then locking.
and what I try to open is my wright.
ok I got out topic. 😲
that should not be similiar. thats not necessery. but I should find the backdoor which always exists.😇
currently system is also as you see from portfolio making money. ( thats demo I agree but STP vs STP demos are quite well similiar with real account price feed and reaction. and %50 would be enoguh when you think all trades are hedged. so risk value is as low as "0" [ could not find a calculation of risk yet] )
but as you have said I guess I am looking after perfection. I am trying to make it work with more brokers.
what I am sure is this current system definetly make money on pro accounts but those are quite expensive.
due they fill and slippage is much more less.
so focused on avarage brokers to unlock.
regards

I have noticed that at pepperstone. it was catching my eye but never focused on for long time. then one day when making some EA tests I have seen a difference prices between EA and order execution. so I did investigate. and found out that spread seen on market watch is different then spread I see on the chart. made some tests on demo and live and see same thing on both. I had take a screen capture of pending order execution which was triggered before market watch has reached that price. Long pending order triggered with the ask line seen on the chart not with the real price. I have send the capture to pepper. first they accept then they said it is only on demo then ı have proofed that ıt is also on live then they said order triggered with a tick that chart has not prınt and so on..........
always keep your ask line enabled when trading. and market watch enabled also. compare them with some frequency as you desire.
as I have said there a lot turnşng behind the charts. BE careful..
BTW Cokoviç WON!!😁

I have checked both scripts and dll. could not find any wrong code. this error is random. so I really thinking of same problem what I have seen on pepper that happen on other brokers. for those tests I had dısabled ask line due spread has nothing to do with arb trades but I guess I should keep it enabled from now to see if it is my fault or broker trick.
I am still %75 betting on my wrong code but...

Steve, considering Cokoviç name and that you have that last particular letter of his name which is not available in here I assume you are from somewhere around Serbia/ Croatia. Am I right? That Southern Slavic name.

guys and gals,
this called LEARNING BY DOING.
the most expensive way of LEARNING or most innocent way of loosing MONEY.
calculations codes are all correct.
LOGIC is missing the poınt.
I have never thought that MINUS(-) Slippage will work for my favor.
But it is. thats why my calculations are different then the P/L calculation.
Think about it 😉

Ok guys I assume that you have solve the puzzle.
so the equation changes from:
profit = entry_gap + exit_gap - slippage
to:
profit = entry_gap + exit_gap + slippage_favor - slippage_against
%50 of slippage problem turn our favor.
this needs a quite complicated code but it will give more then spent😉

greetings
result of data analyses ;
NEUTRAL_SLPP UNFORCED_SLIPP FORCED_SLIPP
PEPPERSTONE -1,85 -2,75 -0,65
GALLANT FX 0,03 -0,03 0,05
FXPRIMUS VS GALLANT -1,74 -1,66 2,12
FXPRIMUS VS ACTIVE -1,13 -1,11 -1,18
ACTIVETRADERS -0,12 -0,78 0,34
ATC -0,22 0,29 -0,97
what those explaining us;
system can use minus slippage to our favor and can add those pips to our profit. at that point broker will be happy to slıpp negative due he would be thinking his hand is in our bank account but at that point we are going to be taken from him more then he thinks ho took from us.
my opinion is to find high slippage brokers and vacuum more pips from that combination then they think of vacuuming from us.
isnt it good.
