Forex is the largest currency trading market in the world and along with this; it offers range of opportunities for earning. Besides knowledge, you need a good trading broker to start trading with.

I believe a demo account helps to understand how the trading actually works by giving us exposure to tools and techniques. Developing strategies is good, but only live trading can reveal whether those strategies are effective.

Do not believe this nonsense. Demo trading will undoubtedly assist you in honing your skills and knowledge. By consistently practising on a demo account, you can become an expert trader.

Sometimes market moves so fast that inspires traders to take high risk for making a quick buck within the shortest possible time.

Demos can help beginners understand the basis of trading and the technicalities of platforms.

Trading in real time with a small capital and real risk can only make a trader more experienced.

Unless real money is involved, a trader will not feel the anxiety, fear, nervousness, greed, or anger that comes while trading.

That’s the only reason demo accounts are worth it. Without taking on any real risks, backtesting and strategising is one way to give s newbie time to understand what they should be expecting from the process.

I agree. Demo accounts can only help you familiarise with the market but can never give you the real taste of trading. You don't have any stake in the outcome when you trade on a demo account. No danger, no feeling, and no true repercussions. Contrarily, live trading is dangerous and complicated. You run the risk of blowing your account and losing what you have.

Both live and demo trading have their own pros and cons. The real sense of trading can be felt only on a live account, but a demo account is crucial because it helps you understand how the market works without losing.

It is true that demo trading can be a useful tool for new traders to gain experience and for experienced traders to test out new strategies. However, it is not perfect ; demo trading does not fully replicate the real trading environment and psychology plays a big role in live trading, which is missing in demo trading, so it is important for traders to be aware of this limitation and to be cautious when transitioning to live trading.

It is true that demo trading and live trading are not the same things. However, it is also true that demo trading can help you gain confidence as a trader. It enables traders to learn about the market and trading from the ground up, and it actually allows a novice trader to gain trading experience.
