myfxbook is not updating

update to new EA 1.7.3

I have 3 account stop updating more then 7 days! However in my MT4 logs, I see it keep updating the statement every 5 mins. It just doesn't update balance & equity on the website, but (highest) got update
Balance: $9731.69 (not update)
Equity: (89.31%) $8691.43 (not update)
Highest: (Mar 24) $10443.86
the Highest actually should be current balance
Please Fixed the bug thanks

please check you metatrader build it's has to be upper than 600 and myfxbook EA has to be 1.7.3 , if you install it manual than put attention that metatrader directory changed to C:\Users\*\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\ , you can know the location by - metatrader - [file/open data folder] but easier to use ea installer it's already coping the all directories

Same here. Most of my account doesnt update at all. I need to connect them manually, but GAIN doesn't update.

Alreay update to 1.7.3, but the result still same, current version is 610

You need to delete your portfolio that you are having trouble with add it back in and use Autoupdate feature when you set it up. I'm not sure if you need to start with MT4 EA or publisher. Try both, I was down for 2 weeks couldn't figure out why it wasn't updating. I fixed it by doing what I described. If 1 doesn't work try the other.

@ErocFXservices this seemed to work for me until Build 625 on Monday. Since then changed back to the EA and have seen very strange activity. I've been working today to reset all accounts and make sure all the EA's are updated to 1.7.3. For some very strange reason, I have a handful of live accounts that will not update. I've tried both the .exe installer and manual install, but they will not update to 1.7.3. For these accounts, they are showing as updating on Myfxbook, but I have confirmed that they are not actually updating. If anyone has any experience with accounts like this that are not updating to 1.7.3, I would appreciate any direction...

After you install the new version You have to delete the Portfolio and start over again... It's the only way. You'll what I was talking about. because they have a new button when you set it.

Okay and why is that none of the myfxbook tech support couldnt figure out why mine wasnt working. You think you know what your talking about but you dont. I tried everything and the last thing that worked was deleting portfolio. Setting it back up.. sooooo when i say something its true because i actually try to solve the problem instead ignoring it

You had an old EA which was the source for the issue. The fact that you deleted the account hadn't made a difference; you've switched to the autoupdate mode which made the actual difference.

If you use the MT4 Publisher instead of the EA it might work https://www.myfxbook.com/help/metatrader-wizard
I tend to switch about between the EA and Publisher if one ever goes down.

I have the same problem too. No updates for over 12 hours. I tried to see if it was the Myfxbook expert advisor to be updated, but the version is identical. Does anyone have news? Then, it would be a good thing by Myfxbook put a notice on the homepage when these events happen.
